This Court Date is for the easement which belongs to all Treasure Beach Residents and is in everyone's deed. We need everyone to attend in order to protect what is rightfully ours!
The vandalism charge and other legal implications of the Treasure Beach Walkway which is in everyone's deed will take place on March 10, 2010 at 1:30 p.m. It will be heard at the St Johns County Courthouse located on US1 by the airport. Anyone from TB that wants to attend should be there by 1:15 p.m.

Please contact your friends and neighbors that want to go to the court house and arrange to car pool. We can all meet at the entrance of Treasure Beach and line up on Costanero! We should leave the the entrance of Treasure Beach by 12:30 p.m. so we leave ample time for traffic and parking when we get there.
